- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day will typically enter the processing queue the same day.
- Business Days: Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while managing our logistics efficiently, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: You may cancel your order for a full refund at no cost. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at info@mitchellhardwaresupply.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."
- After 24 Hours: Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after purchase may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipment. In such cases, the order will be handled according to our Return Policy. We recommend reviewing our return terms for eligible items.
