30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Required for All Returns

Please have the following ready when you contact us:

  • Your original order number or proof of purchase.
  • The item in its original, unassembled state.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are excluded from our return policy. These include:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered.
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • Items returned without contacting our support team first for authorization.
  • Gift cards.

Please Note: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, it is eligible for a full refund or replacement, regardless of the conditions above. Please contact us immediately.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@mitchellhardwaresupply.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item (including any damage, if applicable), and the reason for your return.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label for eligible items within the United States. Attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.
  4. Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@mitchellhardwaresupply.com within 5 business days. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Policy

For a different item of equal value, please follow the standard return process above. Once your original item is received and inspected, you can place a new order for the desired product.
