Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept the following secure payment methods:

PayPal: Checkout using your PayPal account. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Q: I was charged but haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do? A: Please check your spam or junk email folder. If it's not there, contact us immediately at info@mitchellhardwaresupply.com with your name and billing address, and we will resend it.

Q: Can I use multiple payment methods for one order? A: Currently, each order must be paid in full using a single accepted payment method at checkout.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Q: How long does it take to process my order? A: Order processing (preparation and handling) takes 1–5 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day may be processed the same day.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel: Email info@mitchellhardwaresupply.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
After 24 hours: If your order is already in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it under our Refund Policy once delivered.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take? A: After your order ships, standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes an estimated 6–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! All orders include free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged? A: If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days at info@mitchellhardwaresupply.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is free.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return.
